Fiesta® San Antonio’s Rey Feo
Fiesta® San Antonio is one of San Antonio’s biggest festivals and parties each year. Started in 1891, Fiesta® is a celebration of San Antonio and its people and culture. As we have for many years in the past, Wayne Wright LLP is excited to sponsor Fiesta® San Antonio’s Rey Feo again this year. Rey Feo, the Ugly King, visits over 100 schools, events, and companies in the two weeks leading up to the annual Fiesta® San Antonio festival to raise money for scholarships. He also attends all the parades and fiesta events city wide.
Fiesta® San Antonio’s Oyster Bake
The annual Fiesta Oyster Bake event during Fiesta® San Antonio is an official part of the festival. The Oyster Bake raises money for student scholarships to St. Mary’s University and St. Mary’s Law School. The event features food and entertainment and is attended by over 60,000 people each year. Wayne Wright LLP is proud to sponsor this great event again this year. Join us at the festival on Friday, April 17 and Saturday, April 18! Poteet Strawberry Festival
Wayne Wright LLP is a proud sponsor of the Poteet Strawberry Festival held in the “Strawberry Capital of Texas” or Poteet, TX. The annual springtime festival attracts over 100,000 attendees each year. For more information, visit the festival’s website here.
Wayne Wright Scholarship Contest
Our firm is proud to offer a scholarship contest to help students at Highlands High School further their education after graduation. Students compete for first place ($1,000), second place ($500), third place ($300) by writing and submitting an essay based on a prompt selected by Wayne Wright LLP.
The Kids’ Involvement Network (KIN) and KIN Challenge
For multiple years, Wayne Wright LLP has collaborated with the Kids’ Involvement Network (KIN) on their Speaker Series. The Kids’ Involvement Network and KIN Challenge programs provide after-school activities and supervision for elementary and middle school students that aims to improve their attitudes, grades, and behavior to encourage them to be positive members of the school and community.
