Attorney Linh M. Thai

Ms. Thai is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. She is also a member of the State Bar of Texas, Society of Ethical Attorneys at Law, and Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association.

Ms. Thai received her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance and her Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. She also received her Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Texas Tech University and her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Texas Tech University School of Law.

Ms. Thai has a background in healthcare administration having worked on special projects for the CFO of a major hospital. She also worked as an accountant for the same corporation at a different hospital. She also has great understanding of the business side of hospital administration including revenue cycle and contract negotiations with managed care networks, all of which assist her in representing her clients today. Ms. Thai also has experience working with clients concerning bankruptcy, civil litigation, and hospital compliance issues.

Ms. Thai has been a part of Wayne Wright, LLP since 2009. Ms. Thai enjoys assisting her clients through difficult legal issues and providing advice to her clients. Ms. Thai has worked in our San Antonio, El Paso and Austin locations while her husband completed his tour of duty with the military. She currently resides in Austin with her husband, two daughters and two Texas Huskies who enjoys sunbathing. When she has time, she enjoys trying new restaurants and seeing a good movie.
