Attorney Jessica D. Mendicutti

A Spanish-speaking native of San Antonio, Texas, Jessica D. Mendicutti joined Wayne Wright in 2020. Jessica grew up learning about hard work and perseverance from her mother and her immigrant father, who came to the United States over 40 years ago.

After completing two Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Texas at Austin, Jessica attended Saint Mary’s Law School in San Antonio, Texas where she received her law degree. While attending law school, Jessica worked directly with domestic violence victims at the Texas Rio Grande Legal Aid office, where she helped domestic violence victims get the help they needed.  Not one to shy away from a challenge, Jessica continued her passion for helping others and fighting the big fights when she began her career as a Plaintiff’s attorney doing Personal Injury. After spending several years practicing personal injury in Houston, Texas, Jessica returned home to San Antonio, ready to fight for the cases of the people in her hometown. Jessica has been selected as a Rising Star, as well as a Best San Antonio Lawyer, 2021. Jessica has represented clients with all sorts of personal injury cases, among them are wrongful death cases, motor-vehicle-accident cases, trucking accident cases, dog-bite cases, oilfield explosion cases, workplace accident cases, premise liability/slip-and-fall cases, and other insurance disputes.

Jessica’s practice currently focuses on the representation of people injured as a result of the negligence and carelessness of companies and/or individuals. She believes that people and corporations that are negligent must be held accountable for their negligence and cannot be allowed to avoid taking responsibility for the harm they cause.

When not working, Jessica enjoys spending time with her daughter and dogs and you can most likely find her traveling or attending some live music event.
